What is a good purchase price for 2023 Outback - Onyx trim level?

MSRP is $37,522 plus tax, title, and fees. Dealer offered $500 discount off the bat, has stated they can work with me farther. Any ideas how much they may be able to come down? They have 3 on the lot, that just came in. Also considering the XT version - $40,489. Have one on the lot with two more in transit.

    And, shop multiple dealers. If inventory is starting to accumulate, you might have better luck negotiating a lower price.
