Honda Accord Hybrid Ex-L Lease Offer

I received an offer today for a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Ex-L White with Black Interior 36 month lease with 10k mi for a monthly 580~630 payment and a $6000 down payment. Is this a good deal?

    Hi, I do not know much of this lingo but here is what I can answer. Location is San Diego and the MSRP on the Honda website is $35,090. The dealership reduced their original MSRP to $35,000 and the whole price including the packages fees and taxes seems to be around $44,300. (4000 for accessories, 425 for DMV fees, 995 for service contract, 795 for acquisition, and 85 for documents). The dealership also mentioned that the residual was at 63%. This is basically all the information I know. Please let me know if I need to ask for more information.

    I would also want to know what the $6000 covers.

    $4000 for accessories? Wow, that's steep. Are they gold plated?

    Not sure what the $6000 down payment covers…just trying to “reduce” what the total seems to be? $4000 for accessories for “Sumter, Propack a 3M film that goes on door edges and door cup handles, rock guards, wheel loc, and cargo tray”! I thought it was ridiculous too. I’ve also heard from multiple experts to try to avoid down payments for a lease. Any advice or a ballpark I should aim for? I do not know what other people are paying for this same situation

    I'd shop for a different dealer, or a different car altogether. Honda dealers have become usurious.

    My nephew in SD wanted a Civic, but everything was marked up several thousand dollars.
