Getting discouraged. Had mazda cx-5 2021 grand touring -leased it. Was $2000 down and $347 monthly payments. Lease was up in 9/2023. Vehicle totaled 2/2023- not my fault

Would like the equivalent which is the CX-5 premium plus. It is going to cost a lot more! $2500 down and $515/month. Zip is 08054. (of note there are $500 worth of options and $500 loyalty included in the numbers). It is 10000 miles and 36 months. I asked for 33 month and can't get anyone to do numbers for me.

Can someone please tell me what money factor would be. I have excellent credit. all suggestions would be appreciated. Per my math it is going to cost me $21040 to lease this vehicle for 36 months.
