What Money Factors is everyone seeing?

I am going to try to lease a 2023 Mazda CX-5 Prefered in the Chicagoland area and I am trying to go in prepared. I have excellent credit (789 to be exact) and I am wondering what money factor should I expect to see? Additionally, should the money factor match the current interest rates I am seeing for financing a car? At my credit score, I am seeing rates advertised between 4.75% - 5.99%.

    MF for leases and APRs for finances rarely match each other.
