I am interested in leasing a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe in Scottsdale, Arizona, with the intention of a buyout after 36 months. I have attached the offer that was provided to me after our initial visit, and since then, we have been communicating via text.

I think there is still plenty of room for negotiation, I would greatly appreciate some input from those who have recently leased one. The residual value currently stands at 55%, money factor: .00260

I just received an email from the dealership that the price on this model dropped $2,335.00. They appear to have a lot of inventory.

Thank you for your time and feedback!

Just so you understand, all those prices fall under the heading of "Vehicle Purchase Information", and are likely not relevant to a lease.

The 36/15 lease numbers from Chrysler Capital are:
    .00218 MF and 55% residual
    $2500 incentives
$7500 PHEV bonus (which I don't see referenced)

The dealer is allowed to mark up the MF by .00042 - and, they have! (not a suprise, in this market).

Ask them for a screen shot of their internal lease worksheet - that should give us all the numbers to see if the lease deal is good, or not.

Does that mean that he will reduce the MF to the base rate?

Possibly as part of the negotiation, per your comment about the MF markup, that's what they are doing here. They marked it up .00042 on the initial offer.
