Please rate my below lease which i had finalize with my dealer at Zip code : 07950
MDX with AWD Tech Package
MSRP: $58245
Incentive : close to 4-5K -
48 Months/12k Miles/ 4K Down
Lease amount : $635

Let me know the residual value and money factory . I am picking up tomorrow

I see no lease incentives for the MDX - I'd ask the dealer what those are, and what bank they are using.

Do you know the selling price?

i am taking 2023 model as an old inventory and 2024 model just came so i got close to $5K discount on MSRP and seeling price will be 53450 but not sure how they reach to $ 635/ month lease.

i started the bargain from 700 to 635 to get that discount .

I am thinking below .

$635*48 =30,480
DownPayment 4000
Residual value : 27895 - This is when i buy at leasing closing.

Total cost : $62375

With those prices, I get $624/mo before tax, so the quote looks pretty decent.
