Returning Leasee Incentive

I was told I didn't qualify for this incentive but was never given a reason. I leased a 2019 GC Limited and purchased the vehicle at lease end. Does anyone know what common reasons there would be to not qualify? I'm about to lease a 2023 GC 4xe which showed 2 incentives for returning leasee. It's fine I don't qualify, I'd just like to know the reason. 🤷

If it's been over six months since you leased through that bank, you may not be eligible. Or, the new lease might be through a different bank.

In any case, someone in the F&I office should be able to give you an explanation. We'd just be guessing.

Ok thank you. I did not know there was a 6 month limit, I'm definitely over that. I was also guessing it could be the bank.
