Fuel Economy Gauge Not Visible

Recently had battery replaced and now fuel economy gauges (current fuel mpg and distance to empty) are not visible. Are these gone permanently or is there a way to get them back on?

Someone might have information, if you specified your year, make and model.

Generally, those are optional displays controlled by the on-board computer. Usually, there are steering wheel controls, or sometimes a button on the wiper stalk, that lets you scroll through the choices.
