Zip code - for resid and money factor

Hi
The zip code provided is where the car is leased, correct? So if I live in NY state- however get quotes in CT- they can vary?
How do I choose - state/county where best to lease - 3 yr premium 12,000 Miles

    Subaru has the same programs for NY and CT, so you don't have to worry about it.
