Lease Question / MF & RV for '23 Hybrid Rav4 XSE

Hello,
Currently looking at a 2023 Rav4 Hybrid XSE, XLE Premium, and Woodland Edition. Lease calculator from Toyota seems to show payments much higher than I expect.

Looking for the MF and RV in zip 15206 for each if possible, but leaning towards the XSE or Woodland most. MSRP/Sure Path price on XSE of $42647

Trying to keep payment at or below $400 but unsure if possible so researching. Thanks!

What lease term and how many miles per year?

I seriously doubt you'll get a sub $400/mo lease payment on a $42K MSRP vehicle. You might want to readjust your budget.
