Info on Kia LX Sportage Hybrid Lease

Hi, I am looking to lease a Kia LX Sportage Hybrid. Just looking to verify that I have the most updated and necessary info. so that I can reach out to dealers.

I found a recent thread re: the numbers available but the zip code associated with the info. wasn't close to where I am. Here is the info. that I have:

Msrp $28,815
Zip Code 90039
36/15k
.00221 MF
59% residual

Are these numbers accurate?

Some deals listed in my area but couldn't find any cash incentives, just a military discount. Any labor day or end of month incenitves?

This will be my 3rd Kia lease in a row. I've seen some posts about loyalty incentives. Anything out there for my area?

Will check Kelley Blue Book to see if I have any positive equity to play with.

Any info. will be helpful and please let me know if I missed anything.

Ha. Forgot to answer you. I would consider both although FWD is cheaper I believe. Posted my quesiton in the thread.
