Buick Envista Lease help
I am asking for help with the details on MF and Residual Value for 2024 Buick Envista Sport Touring Trim with Convenience I, Convenience II, and Advanced Safety Packages. The MSRP on buick.com is currently listed as $27,580. I am Interested in lease terms of 24-36-39 months with both 12K, and 15k miles per year options for Zip code 22150 I have not yet negotiated the final price and am uncertain if there is room for negotiation.
I've come across a Buick's offer for a 2024 BUICK ENVISTA PREFERRED with an Ultra Low-Mileage Lease for $179/month for 24 months, requiring $4,329 due at signing (after all offers), with $0 security deposit. But I no idea what it means and how it related it I want the Sorts touring model.
As a newcomer to this process, I'm seeking any help with information and guidance. My goal is to secure a lease payment that falls within the range of $300 to $320 or lower for the specified terms mention above. Your insights and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Preferred trim in the ad has the same lease program. So, the Sport Touring lease should be similar, if the MSRPs are the same. Higher MSRP will result in a higher payment.
The advertised lease includes a big upfront payment. If you only make the first payment at signing, and amortize the rest of that payment over the 24 months in the ad, the payment would be around $350+/mo
And, that likely doesn't include sales tax.
If the Sport Touring is a higher level trim, with a higher MSRP, then $320/mo seems unlikely, unless you put a lot of money upfront.
