Lease cancelation policy

Hi,
I returned my 2020 vehicle to a volvo dealership on Sept. 30 and went into a new lease. The dealership told me that the new vehicle is not there (probably they wanted to swap with another dealership) and I should sign the lease and get the insurance before the delivery for them to be able to apply the promotion in september. Which I did as I thought it is a good deal and I they mentioned that the delivery will be within a week.

Now it is three weeks that the vehicle is not delivered and they keep postponing the delivery time while I started to pay the lease and insurance three weeks ago.
Can I cancel the deal?
I live in Ontario and it seems that there no cooling off policy here.
