Lease on my 2021 Honda Accord SE almost up

Hi. My 3 year lease on my Accord will be up in June 2024. I've only put just over 9K miles on it. One minor accident. Otherwise great condition. Dealer called me offering to pay off the rest of my lease if I trade the car in and get another one claiming my lease payments will be similar. Paying $350/mo. How do I find out what the estimated trade in value of my car will be? Thinking about maybe getting a cash payment from them when I turn it in and getting another type of car. Thanks for any help!
