coolant in oil

dip stick shows coolant or extreme mosture in oil. coolant in radiater just slightly low. changed oil didnt see any thing really bad

During very cold temperatures, on some engines you can see a milky condensate on the dipstick or oil filler cap and not actually have a problem. The first key would be if you start losing coolant and have to add to the radiator to replace it. Just monitor the coolant level closely for a few weeks and if you aren't losing it, then it is likely that it is just condensation.
