dealer msrp is 51,270 online price says 48,000.00

I might do my own finacing.
what should I be paying around out the door for this truck? I'm seeing some people getting 8000 off of msrp. this is a new 2023. I also might trade my current lease towards this truck and buy this truck not lease.
can someone help me with discounts I should be asking for or at the most what I should be paying for this truck. thank you very much.
