The following are the current options they are giving me:

Quote: 10K/36 Month Term with $3,695.00 Plus First payment for Maryland and includes Maintenance for 3 Years and 36 Month and Tint too = $1,092.68 Per Month.

Quote: 10K/36 Month Term with $0.00 Down Plus First payment for Maryland and includes Maintenance for 3 Years and 36 Month and Tint too = $1,172.64 Per Month.

Is the pricing monthly payment too high?

Is the pricing monthly payment too high?

They are marking up the money factor by the maximum .00040.
Do you have the Adjusted CAP cost? And, an itemization of what is included?

As you may already know, you pay sales tax on the full sale price in Maryland, even on a lease. That isn't great for the lease payment. ($110/mo just for sales tax)

I plan on paying the taxes up front and first months payment. I have a leased BMW that I am turning in and I give it back to them and they use it to lower the taxes on the new car. I'll ask about the Adjusted CAP cost.
