lease calculator discrepancy?

Hi!
I have a question about your lease calculator. I entered the VIN on a 2023 Acadia AT4 in your calculator and it showed MSRP of $49,305, a selling price before incentives of $43,634, less $3,000 of cash incentives for a bottom line price of $40,634. Simple enough, however, the dealer website showed MSRP of $48,540, less dealer discount of $1,500, less a $1,000 purchase allowance for a bottom line price of $46,040.
How would I be able to convince the dealer that they should drop their price by $5,406 to match the Edmunds calculator? And why don't the MSRP numbers match?
The VIN I used by the way is 1GKKNLLS6PZ266299.

Also, lease and purchase incentives may be different.
Convincing the dealer to lower the price? That's what negotiations are all about. They aren't always successful.
I can't look up cars by VIN, so can't help you with specifics
