Is this a good deal on a PowerWagon?

Dealer appeared to be eager to rid themselves of a '24 PowerWagon with an MSRP of $75,745.
within seconds they came to me with a selling price of $65,895 and an OTD price of $69,895.
Here is the breakout:
Selling Price: $65,895
Processing Fee: $999.00
Title Tax: $2,889 (I'm in VA)
Title Fee: $110.50

What I don't know of is if the difference between the MSRP and the Selling Price accounted for any rebates/discounts.

Is this something I should pursue??

We don't have any reliable info for heavy duty trucks.

I'd ask them for the details
