Help evaluating 2024 Ioniq 5 RWD offer

I posted in the 2024 Hyundai IONIQ5 Lease Deals, Incentives, Rebates, and Prices thread and was told for a RWD Limited trim at 36 months / 12k miles the numbers would be (thank you!):

.00185 MF and 54% residual. $14,500

I got an offer for that same car with a money factor of 0.00225 and those $14,500 in rebates.

With no trade in, the monthly payment would come out to be ~$560. Is this a good deal considering I have excellent credit (they did not ask me to fill out any form yet)

What is the selling price?
Adjusted CAP cost?

Obviously, the money factor is marked up.
