Negotiating The $34.5k Price

After trading in my BMW X3 for $5k, they're dropping the asking price of $40 to $34.5 for the XT6. The vehicle appears to be in good condition and drives well. It is sitting at 41,000 miles on the odometer and has retained some life on the original warranty plus an included limited warranty from Cadillac (I don't recall the full details). The Carfax has also produced a good history. However I would love to find out if I have any room to negotiate this price any lower.

Any help would be appreciated.

The best way to negotiate is to find other comparable vehicles for sale at another dealer, hopefully at a better price, give them your research and bargain with them to see who will go lower.
