2025 Lexus TX Premium AWD

Curious to hear from any current owners if you are happy with your lease/purchase. I am checking out a 2025 Lexus TX Premium AWD locally. MSRP is 66k and I've gotten about 6k taken off. I'm leaning towards a lease but the numbers aren't checking out. With 4k down, they are still quoting me $985 a month. We leased a 2023 Sierra 1500 Denali in December 2023 (76k MSRP), put 3k down, and payments are $693/mth.

Is it the money factor that is now so high? Residual on the TX is 63%, which isn't bad. Also, beyond the pricing question - if you own one - are you happy with it? I may cave against better judgment and follow through with the deal (I left the dealership to sleep on it last night). Thanks for any input!

Yes, the money factor is high, and Lexus has no incentives on this model.

I'd say that is a result of it's popularity. It seems that the bigger the SUV, the more people want it
