Last month, we had reports that the base MF was .00350. But, we haven't seen it in quite awhile. .00370 seems likely to be the base rate, this month.

I know not the same car but I stopped by the dealer yesterday for my lease return inspection and saw they had a Loaner CPO 2024 Cayenne Coupe available. I know it’s not an S, but figured I’d share here anyway.

It’s one of the cars I’ve been considering, but I wasn’t even aware you could lease a CPO or if it’s even a good idea.

Here are the numbers. Price seems strong compared to CPO inventory nationwide, though the money factor feels a bit high:
    MSRP: $105,000
    Selling Price: $86,995
    Miles Driven: ~6.5k
    Residual: 57%
    MF: 0.0043
    Term: 24 months
Down Payment: $5,000 (likely less, since I don’t want to reduce cap cost)
    Monthly Payment: $1,530

Is the MF varies state to state? I spoke to a dealer in TX and his MF is 0.0040 vs 0.0037 in SoCal. 2025 Cayenne ehybrid.

No.. Porsche base rates are the same across the country. Most dealers will attempt to markup the rate
