I'm still paying $3.77 for RUG. :lemon:
Holding around $3.69 in town (that's down a few cents). Had to fill up this morning and got ~.17 cents a gallon off with my grocery coupons.
Did a 4 hour road trip (turning leaves, turkeys and two bald eagles) and the cheapest we saw was $3.47.
Friend of mine was in NC last week, said he paid something like $2.90 there.
Over the weekend was in the city and far SW burbs; prices in the city ranged from $3.70 ~ $3.80 for 87 octane, with premium going for $4.00 while the burbs were in the $3.52 ~ $3.59 range for 87 octane.

Maybe the switch to winter blend as well :confuse: for the jump in prices (it sure as heck has been feeling like winter around here for the past few weeks overnight / early morning)...shoot, I shouldn't have said that, now they can use that for another excuse
I saw on the ticker oil barrel price increased slightly today, hopefully petrol prices stay stable and not increase (better yet decrease).
I wouldn't bet on any large fall. There is a lot of wealth invested that wants to keep oil prices high.
Where's Susan Powter when you need her? STOP THE INSANITY!
Anyway, having decent weather today so filled up the Olds for one last drive before putting it up for winter hibernation.
$3.25 and holding.
Also I've noticed since my last fill-up for the DD it's dinking slightly more fuel - must've switched to the winter blend
Not sure what E85 is going for.
Oh, the E85 station was, iirc, $3.76.
Gas has been stuck on $3.59 for at least a month here. Today the low fuel light came on so I scrounged up the supermarket kickback coupons and added getting gas to the list of errands to run.
And of course, sometime this morning, gas popped to $3.64. I think it was still $3.59 when I walked to the library and thrift store this morning.
And the Outback is just about empty as well. So five cents times ~25 gallons; could buy a McD's coffee for that. Or two, depending on which one I go to. Good thing McD's coffee is free all week (regional promotion, YMMV). :shades:
I'd let the van sit for a while but we're driving to out of town docs Thursday.
We've got $3.15 Sunoco. Come on down!
Just suck up the free McD coffee. I went about 12 years w/o going into one until this spring when they had free Maple & Cinnamon Oatmeal - figured I'd try it since it was free.
Driving tomorrow, so guess I'll have to break down in the am and get some. Probably be up another nickel by then.
Back on topic, latest fill-up was for $3.39. Got lucky as the other stations jumped to $3.66 on Tuesday - Wednesday except for the Mobil by work. It stayed at $3.49, until I had to fill-up last night, then it had increased to $3.59. So just waited until I got back to my area and on the way to get my meds my old standby still had low-priced fuel.
Today it was $3.57 (why bother?).
I really should get some gas soon.
(Diesel is $4.07 at one station here).
WTHeck?
Yesterday I filled up the Outback for $3.57 a gallon.
Overnight the price went down to $3.49.
To add insult to injury, the station started enforcing their limit on the grocery coupons and wouldn't take the ones I had that were over a month old.
