$1023 per month(including NJ tax of 7% and luxury tax), 36 months/15k miles per year and just 1st month payment out of pocket due at signing (all other fees included in deal) "Sign &Drive" as they kept on referring to it..
Plus I have the Driving Experience coupon for $1000, which I'll use for either 1st month or apply towards lease price.
Dark Graphite Metallic/Black Dakota Leather, Cold Weather (ZCW), Exec Package (ZEC), M Sport Package (ZMP/7MP)
Thoughts?
You can get a lower price than $1023/mo especially when they are trying to clear out inventory for the updated 2014 models.
Thanks
Different than retail, but I would try to get as close to invoice as possible before adding the M-sport credit.
I would need to know invoice and selling price before I can comment further on the offer you have.
Some dealers I work with are a little stingy with their prices on the outgoing 7 series, others are not.
Try to find a dealer with multiple units on the lot.
My knowledge of the 740iL X drive is limited....we don't have that in LA...
Sale price is $72,907.
Thanks again
But...
If you selling price is $72,907 I don't think a payment of $1023/mo is reasonable. It seems a little too high.
I was wondering if you could tell me the money factor and residual for a 2013 740i/740Li lease for 36 months with 15,000 miles per year. Thanks in advance for your help.

On lease terms, as far as I am aware, for a 740i, the August residual for 36 month/15K miles is 53% and the money factor is .00127. One of the forum moderators can confirm this for you (not sure if 740i and Li have the same terms). Input your MSRP, negotiated price, residual and money factor in an online lease calculator and you will get a monthly payment.
Generally speaking, a $82K MSRP car will roughly have an invoice of $76K. Subtracting incentives from invoice (assuming you qualify for all incentives) will yield you a price of $68,500. At the above terms, this gives you a monthly payment of ~$836 before tax with zero down payment. Keep in mind that all of this is based on August incentives/terms. I have no idea if these will carry over into September. The forum moderators can help you with this.
I wouldn't recommend making a down payment on a lease (you will lose it if the car is totaled in an accident). If monthly payments are too high for you with zero down, IMHO, park the money in a bank and apply some of it towards your payment each month. Alternately, you can use the money to make multiple security deposits upfront. This will reduce your money factor (interest rate) and therefore decrease your monthly payment. My understanding is that these security deposits are refundable at the end of your lease, but please confirm this with your dealer.
Hope this helps.

With the package I want before any reductions at all it is about $95k.
Apparently the incentives end this month so all quick help appreciated.
Two questions. One, how much should I look to be paying on 36/15k?
Two, is there a difference financial or otherwise between the '13 and '14?
Thanks to all.
I am getting a great deal on a 740ilx with exec, m-sport, cold weather package for 860ish a month, 36 months, 0 down but 7 MSDs (basically a $87,525 car selling for $78,400)
Question for you guys....should I pull the trigger now or wait until Nov 1st and see if there is something better due to holiday incentives??
Currently BMW is offering m-sport package for free as there is an incentive on that and also a normal dealer cash incentive...just wondering if it will get any better.
What do you guys think??
There is also $1500 loyalty and $2000 in options, can any one confirm this?
.00125 MF and 56% residual $1500 loyalty and $2000 option credit cash
