That is a BIG NO on the worst deal, checkout socalgirl deal on the previous messages, that is a good deal....
Tell this dealer 'no way jose' & that he is insulting you for pricing it so horribly!
yes i had a benz earlier so there was some incentive built in... but you should be able to get the same/similar deal. I am in the east coast.
I think you ty some other dealers or a lease broker.
I am also in the market to buy a 2013 Cabrio....do you mind sharing what packages were included and what was the MSRP and finally what did you pay over the invoice of the car? :confuse:
What incentives were available? I would really appreciate your input!
How do you like the car? Thanks again!
Rob
Quick question, I spoke to dealer today and she said impossible on the pricing you got....of course I am not surprised by her response.
Although is a $61,700 MSRP invoice $58,000 after winter event she is giving it to me at $54,000
monthly is $605
what do you think the pricing should be?
On a side note, I know it's a long shot, but would it be possible to share a copy of your contract WITHOUT your name and personal information, meaning you can block it out, this salesperson said ask your friend for a copy of the contract...
I told her she is crazy for asking me to ask you, but I figured I would at least try....
Either way, would love your feedback as this winter event will last only for 2-3 more days....
Th@nks a million.

How many miles per year on your lease? What will be your drive off payment?
I am also in the market to buy a 2013 E350 Cabrio....with the premium 2, appearance package, spoiler, lane assist, parktronic, wood trim etc. The MSRP comes to $71,740.
Invoice is $67,740. Offer is 65K and for a 36mo lease with 10K miles per year with zero down, 3 year maintenance inclded the monthly payment is $1060 with tile and taxes included per state requirement. I can putdown first months payment and an additional 2000$ and the mo payment will become 990$ :confuse:
Any thoughts?
The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a '13 E350 Coupe are .00160 and 58%.
Mercedes-Benz is providing $4,000 Winter Event Certificates on the '13 E-Class right now.

The car is being capitalized for you at 55754.00 and the lease will be
725.00 per month for 36 months 10Kmi
Thanks
what is MSRP? Residual %? I guess the price you are getting it for is $55,754?
Did rough calculations BASED on MSRP $61,765 & Negotiated Invoice Price of $55,754 & Residual of 0.61%(or 61%)
36 month Lease would be $615 + tax ($43) Total Monthly=$658. So shoot for $650....
Cap cost you were given, try to bring it down to $54,000....
Suggestion take a 24 month/12K would be a lot cheaper.....
If anyone else is reading this, feel free to correct me if I am wrong, especially 'SoCalGirl' or 'Carman'.....
Wishing all a Happy Holidays!

any thoughts?
It's E5504Matic & 15Kmiles, highly unlikely especially with 39Months, it depreciates quite a bit......
It all also depends on Msrp, Invoice, negotiated invoice price, residual value(should be 61%) & Money Factor (should be .00121)
BUT please if it's not too much trouble do share the outcome, as I am looking to close on it this week myself in NorthernNJ as well......
Thanks.

The winter event will get you $4K off of msrp right of the bat and you can negotiate another $4K+ from the dealer. It seems like many dealers are quickly taking $6k off msrp after you start negotiating and they then try to close the deal. I suggest you shop around and keep pressing them for a bigger discount - they have room.
I paid invoice including the 2000 winter discount and assumed the dealer was making a healthy 2000
profit, however if the salesman was not telling the truth about the discount being 2000 and in fact it was 4000. I intend to have the dealer do the right thing if the salesman had "misinformed" me.
Comments and information appreciated
I took delivery of the car on Thursday night and yesterday saw that the winter event discount was now or before(?) 4,000. I would like to know if/when the winter discount changed. If the sales person has not given me the correct information I plan to have the dealership make good. Obviously I would not have made this deal if I know the winter discount was 4000 and don't now believe that the discount is included in the TMV.
Please let me know if I have been treated in an honest way. Thoughts....
Thanks
Dont sweat! The $4000 discount promotion was for the E class sedans not the cabriolet....which qualifies for a 2000$ discount.
I just got mine on Friday btw!
Thanks that makes things easier
Throwing out a monthly lease payment without details is not helpful to anyone. This board is meant for folks to exchange real market information that can help in our individual negotiations with dealers.
Yes, a monthly lease pmt of $500 is possible for a minimally optioned vehicle in a lower mileage lease than the original poster but that does not answer his original question.
The drive was $1000
Nothing else would be due at lease signing
24 month lease
10000 miles per year
I hope that helps
Myself and others would be happy to assist, so please furnish the key inputs: MSRP, Negotiated Sales Price, RV, and MF. Always remember that a lease is based on only three variables: Negotiated sales price; Residual Value (RV); and Money Factor (MF).
RV is a fixed percentage set by the MBFS. There is a base rate MF that is suggested by MBFS as well but dealers have the latitude to mark it up as another source of profit. Both RV and MF are based on your model, lease term, and mileage per year.
The calculations would be as follows,
Monthly Depreciation = (Cap Cost - (RV*MSRP))/Lease Term
Monthly Interest Charges = (Cap Cost + RV*MSRP)*MF
Monthly Lease (pre tax) = Monthly Depreciation + Monthly Interest Charges
*N.B.: Cap Cost assumes Negotiated Sales Price + Acquisition fee only (i.e., no cap cost reduction or $0 down)
My unsolicited advice follows below,
- Don't do cap cost reduction (i.e., make $0) down. All that matters is the total money that you expend over the lease term so don't be deceived by a 'low' monthly payment
- Negotiate the sales price and ensure that you are getting any incentives such as Conquest, etc.
- Consider Multiple Sec Deposits (MSD) to reduce the MF. However, if the MF offered is promotional, MBFS may require you to use a higher MF off of which to assess MSD.
Cheers!
Socalgirl spoke highly about your dealership....On that note, I'd like to trouble you for a question,
Winter Event & Fleet Program certificate can it be combined? Because I am hearing different answers but no confirmation on it?
Basically, Winter event is for Mass Market consumers and my firm has worked out a deal with MBFS Fleet to give us additional off the negotiated price.....
Don't worry it won't be used against a purchase at your dealership, I am in east coast so need your expertise to close on a deal this week.....
Thank you very much.

E350 4Matic Coupe (which no dealers have in stock god knows why)
P1, Lane tracking, rear spoiler, appearance package, etc.
MSRP $59,085
Invoice $55053
MF ???? (anyone has the list of MF?)
term 24 months
12,000miles a year
Winter Event $2,000 (coupe) or $4,000 (sedan) & can Fleet Program $2,500 be combined?
thanks.
can you guys please share what is the MF, RV for 24 month E350 sedan 10/year? Thank you.
MF .00121
RV: 69% of 41134
SP: 52503
MSRP: $59615
deal is $544 per month as mentioned previously...24 months. Fair deal?
Assuming a $795 acquisition fee and $0 down, I arrived at the following,
Cap Cost = 53298
Monthly Depreciation = 507
Monthly Interest Charges = 114
Monthly Payment (pre-tax) = 621
If you are being offered $544/month with $0 down, then it seems like a very good deal as the numbers that you furnished don't result in $544. Perhaps you are doing autopay and MSD which would reduce the MF and monthly interest charges.
Cheers!
Cheers!
I am meeting dealer tomorrow evening....great timing
Also, can you give these numbers for the C model sedan and coupe as well for 12,000 miles for 24 month and 36 month leases.
I currently have an E350 sedan and can get out of the lease (only 4 months left) early to get another MB. Trying to see if this is worth it this month given the $2000 and $4000 winter event money.
Thanks, MSC
