Hi ez627. US Bank's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2012 S60 with 12,000 miles per year are .00198 and 68%, respectively.

The base cost of this special is advertised a $299 per month on a 36 month, 10,000 mile per year, with $2,993 cash at signing, for an$30,975 MSRP car excluding destination. For each additional $1,000 financed the lease goes up $28 per month.
Under Edmunds Incentives and Rebates, it shows as $339 per month, 10,000 miles per year, with $2,384 due at signing, for a $32,325 MSRP car.
So, I have 3 questions.
1. Are both senerios above correct?
2. Can the $1,000 Loyalty Rebate be applied to the cap price?
3. What is the residual on a 36 month T5 with Premium Package and under 10,000 miles a year?
As spec'd out on a custom order the car has an MSRP of $36,705 and an Invoice of $33,982.
Volvo's February buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 Volvo S60 T6 AWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00157 and 56%, respectively.
I don't believe that Volvo is currently providing support on 2 year leases of this car at this time.

Hi fantom. Let's answer the easy questions first . Yes, the loyalty cash is available on leases.
Volvo's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 S60 T5 with 10,000 miles per year are .00157 and 59%, respectively.
Using the prices that you mentioned in your post, an MSRP of $36,705 and a selling price of $33,482 ($500 over invoice minus the loyalty cash), I estimate that this car would have a zero down, pre-tax monthly payment of around $416.

I guess, not surprisingly, the numbers my local (good guys) Volvo dealer is quoting are different.
On a 2012 Volvo S60 T5, 3 year, 10,000 mile per year, lease, the US Bank money factor is .001980, and the residual is a high 68%. Makes for a low lease cost, but a problematic buy out at the end of the lease. Loyality Cash was applied to the cap cost. Deal is $500 over invoice.
Can anyone (Car Man??) post the MF and residual for s60T5 2012 for March; 12K miles on 36 month lease. Thanks. I am either going to lease (if MF and % residual are good) or purchase through overseas delivery. Premium package, Climate Package, Tech Package, and PCC. Drove the car this week and loved it.
Premium package, multi-media package, climate package and PCC.
The deal:
MSRP: $37,995 Invoice: $36,175 Sales Price: $35,175 Gross Cap Cost: $36,125 (Rolled in bank fee of $950) Total Drive off: $1,140 (First month and registration)
Hi mike_in_nepa. According to the latest information that I have seen, Volvo Finance's buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2012 S60 T6 AWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00198 and 66%, respectively.

Hi I was wondering what the money factor and residual for the 2012 S60 T6 is for the month of April for a 36 month lease at 12000 or 15000 miles. Thanks.
Hi isitsummeryet. Through May 2nd, Volvo's buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2012 S60 T6 with 15,000 miles per year are .00199 and 62%, respectively.
I believe that the residual value for a lease with only 12,000 miles per year would be 2% higher, but I'm not 100% positive about that.

I'd be happy to carneydo. Through May 2nd, Volvo's buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 48 month lease of a 2012 S60 T5 with 15,000 miles per year are .00197 and 55%, respectively.
Please feel free to check with me in a couple of days and I'll gladly provide you with an update that includes the new May programs.

Hi rnmt. Through May 2nd, Volvo's buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 C70 T5 .00048 and 55%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2012 S60 T5 are .00183 and 65%.

Can you update us on the May rates and residuals for the 2012 S60 T5 and T6 AWD for a 15K, 36mo lease? Also the 2012 XC70 3.2 FWD and AWD models for 15k, 36mo leases. Also, could you provide the numbers for 48 month leases of these models as well?
Do you have the residuals and money factors on the current 36 month leases on both the 2012 S60 T5 and T6 for 10k and 12k miles? Thanks a bunch! You are the (Car_)MAN!
Hi ortega. Volvo's May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2012 S60 T5 with 15,000 miles per year are .00183 and 63%, respectively. The 48 month numbers are .00197 / 53%.
The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2012 S60 T6 AWD are .00199 and 60%. The 48 month numbers are .00197 / 50%.
I haven't seen the numbers for the '12 XC70 yet, but I'll try to find them out for you.

I understand that Volvo leasing offers leases with higher annual mileage allowances up to 19,500, but I do not know the increments in-beween 15k and 19.5k. Firstly, do you know what limits are available through Volvo leasing above 15K/yr. Secondly, do you know what the rates and residuals would be at each increment above 15k/yr? I am am considering an 18k/yr lease (if one exists - or some number close to that) for the S60 T6 AWD.
Any info you can provide would be most helpful before I enter the dealership.

I'm not sure what the residual values would be for higher mileage allowances, but the dealer should be able to tell you. Generally speaking, dealers are not allowed to alter banks' published residual values.

Can you give me the details on the June 2011 S60 T5 leases? My local dealer told me 63% residual and .00227 money factor, but I think he is trying to hold a point on me possibly? I think last months money factor was .00183, so I doubt it increased that much....correct?
I would not put money down on a lease. If you have an accident when you leave the lot, you are out $5000. I would try to put as little down as possible.
Carman,
Do you have the RV and MF on 2012 S60 T5 for 12K and 15K miles for 48 months?
Does anyone know the residual and money factor for August 2011 on a lease of a Volvo S60 all wheel drive? I am supposed to go have some negotiations tomorrow so I am just trying to get some ideas of whats reasonable to negotiate for? Thanks
I certainly do carneydo. Volvo's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 48 month lease of a 2012 S60 T5 with 15,000 miles per year are .00157 and 60%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

Thank you Car_man. It seems that it is much better than last month. I plan on picking my new one up in early September. I will be asking the same question on Sept 1. Thank you again.
Does any know the S60 T-5 lease rates for August 2012 (ie., money factor, residual value, etc). Also, has anyone negotiated the S60 T5 lease deal (ie., 299/mo for 36 mos) with 12,000 or 15,000 mileage allowance without any additional money down or higher monthly amount or longer lease term.
I also plan on leasing a 2012 S60 T5 15K miles/year this month and would appreciate the current money factor and residual for both 36 and 48 month options. Thanks!
Greetings James. According to the latest information that I have seen, Volvo's September buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2012 S60 T5 with 15,000 miles per year are .00134 and 59%, respectively for consumers who qualify for US Bank's top credit tier.
