    Looks like a 39 Chevy. It appears to have accessory deflectors on the windows, never seen those before.

    Yep, that's what it looks like. All yours for about $650 in 1939.

    My guess is that the photo was taken in the late 40s, that car had been rode hard and put away wet for some time.

    Cardina's Ice Cream Bar was located in Buffalo NY, so all cars were put away wet. B)
