Need help identifying Vehicle

My father had this picture of him and his friends (1940's?). I think it's a Ford but I am really unsure of Make/Model/Year.

Any help would be appreciated.

    1930-ish Ford Model A. They were built practically the same for years, I don't know how to narrow down the year.

    Definitely a Ford, based on the logo on the grill.

    Looks like probably a 1928-29 model

    I'm going to say 1929 based on headlight shape and lenses and straight headlight bar and oval bumper clamps.
