Lexus GS 350 MF and Residual Value

What are the MF and RV in NY as I want to compute what the leases should be during the March Specials. Looking at GS 350 AWD Sport. I'm being quoted .001 and 64% which seem off to me. Thanks.

    36/12 residual is indeed 64%. Base MF from Lexus this month is .00090. $1800 lease cash and complimentary first payment.
