Could you please tell me payments on an 2015 MDX ADV + ent 
fwd for 48k (52k - 4k on trade in) and 36/12 in Florida.

    Using $52K as the MSRP and $48K as the cap cost, I get a pre-tax payment of $552.70/mo.

    Yes thank you. They are quoting me $561.... Must have missed small tax or fee. Got them down to 51,500 w rear folding cargo mat and another rear protective strip. 

    Is it a good idea to extend lease for fourth yr and then buy it or just purchase it at end of 36mo? Not sure what residual is at 48mo

    49% residual for 48 month lease.
