Car is registered in Mom's name - need to sell!
Hello! My car is registered in my mom's name and she lives in Florida.. while I live in Connecticut. If she sends me the signed title, can I sell the car even if she is not physically present? By the way, she knows that I want to sell it. She owns it, no lienholder.
