Can I do any better? 2015 Honda Pilot SE 4 x 4 LEASE

Hello: Wondering if this about as good as it gets right now...any help would be appreciated..

2015 Honda Pilot SE 4 x 4, 12000 miles per year, ZERO DOWN LEASE PROMO(see below)from Honda.com is what the numbers are based on..

I have checked with about 7 dealerships and this was the best so far....

$31,973.02 is Net capitalized cost includes $595 acquisition fee. Dealer contribution may vary and could affect actual lease payment. Total monthly payments $12,600.00. Option to purchase at lease end $20,720.00.

Sales price I was given is $31,145.57, fees are $883.00(includes doc fee, inspection, registration and title) plus 6.5% sales tax=$34,050.64 so $422.86 per month for 36 months with 0 down at lease signing as everything is rolled into the lease.....payment includes sales tax....

Pilot SE lease numbers for 36/12 are 56% and .00100.

What state is this? Normally, only the monthly payment is subject to sales tax, not the entire selling price (unless you are in TX, MD or GA).

Using a $37,000 MSRP and a net cap cost of $31,973, along with the lease numbers of 56% and .00100, I get a pre-tax payment of $365.28. 6.35% tax takes the payment to $388.47/mo.

Yes, so the figure they gave me of $420.47 per month with tax is correct because the $420 price includes the $1300 in fees rolled into it so $388.47 plus $32(approximately) equals $420.47...that's signing only, zero out of pocket....After I did a little research, I realized that the 2015 Pilot EXL 4x4 without NAV is actually better equipped for almost the same lease payment....Is the MF the same on the EXL? Also, dealers are claiming all of these "deals" end May 11 but I would assume prices on this model can only get better since the new style comes out in a month??? What is your opinion?

MF for all Pilots is the same.

Current Honda incentives are set to expire on 5/11 ... no clue what they will look like after that, but your logic does make sense with the 2016's just around the corner.
