  Almost. Is the sway bar link connected to the lower arm? If so then that needs to be removed, otherwise yes.

  sway not hooked, got control arm out, removed rubber bushing, but steel sleeve on new bushing is same size as hole? do I just push rubber from new bushing into old arm?

  new bushing has steel sleeve around bushing?

  Yes, the vertical one does. The horizontal bushing does not, but that one usually does not need to be replaced.

  thank you, all done! was easier to replace entire arm after I found out I didn't have the right "core drill" sizes to press properly,,,,Thank you thecardoc3 for your time
