Anyone getting any luck with leases this month with Acura dealereships?

I'm looking for a 2016 ILX Premium (30820 MSRP from what they tell me). They told me MF is an insanely low .00035 and the residual is 57%. Their fees (Cary NC) come out to 1091. I want to do 0 down. NC tax is 3%. They insist the lowest they can do is $350/month. 36 months.

I'm a returning customer and was hoping for a better deal. My previous deal (2013 ILX Premium 6MT, 63% residual, .001MF, 700 less MSRP than 2016) came out to be a 2500 down and 255/month. Which is roughly 320/month. But it was a 39 month lease and they're only doing 36 now. Maybe that's it?

By the numbers they are giving me this year, an online lease calc spreadsheet gives me 322/month with 0 down. Anyone have any idea where the $30/month difference is coming from?

My very anxious to sell sales rep was more than willing to let me walk out the door this time compared to 3 years ago. Did I just need to go at a later time in the month? Should I try next month when maybe there is a better deal?

These are all 10k miles

I confirm the 57% residual for 36/10 as well as the .00035 MF.

What selling price have you been able to negotiate? Without knowing that, we won't be able to model a payment for you.

Sigh, I knew there was something I completely forgot to mention. Thats the one detail I can't remember too well. I believe the discount off the MSRP was $3680, even if I use $3500, I'm still getting much lower monthly numbers.

So let's say 27320 to be conservative.

That gets me a payment of $286.62/mo before tax.

What are the lease incentives going to be for October? Is it too early? I got a letter from Acura stating they will waive 3 months of payments. My lease is up end of Dec. so I can lease a new one at the end of October. I want to keep my payment at approx. 300 including tax, 10000 mi, 0 down for a premium. I would even do a base model for less but I am disappointed that it has less features than a Honda LX.

No clue what will happen to the numbers next month; we just got the latest September numbers yesterday.

Base - 58% and $1750 lease cash
Premium - 56% and $2500 lease cash

.00034 MF for both

I believe the incentives are 2500 plus $1000 loyalty f you are already an Acura customer. THE MF changed from .00024 to .00034 after the $1000 because it no longer qualified as no money down (.00024). They also charged tax on it. Residual was 56% I got a price of $294 per month including tax for premium but that is with 10,000 mi. Be sure to tell them you don't want the VIN etch.

Dealer said they will try to get me as close to $350 a month knowing I want to be within that range. I haven't negotiated anything yet and wanted to do some research first. Going to aim to get below $350 and leave there paying nothing upfront. Dealer said the sell price was all incentive reduction. More wiggle room? Thoughts?

With those numbers, I get $319/mo plus tax. What is the tax rate where you live?

And, confirm the adjusted cap cost - if higher than the selling price, find out what's been added.

Thanks for the quick response. Tax is 7.25%. I'm still waiting to get an answer on the adjusted cap cost. They did respond and say $4000 in incentives was taken off from the MSRP.

Tax takes my payment to $342/mo - still a bit of a gap to the dealer quote of $362/mo. About $700, more or less.
