I would like to know if the following is a fair deal: I'm in IL
Msrp $65570
Selling $62706
10k/39mth with 55% residual
$940 with $0 down
$900 with 7xmsd
$865 with 7xmsd and taxes down

If the selling price is the CAP cost, I get $812/mo. with the base MF of .00131, It's $5/mo. more to do 36/10.
$764/mo. with MSDs and .00082 MF
But, your information doesn't give the actual adjusted CAP cost, so we are just guessing. This model comes with a $1500 incentive from BMW, so not real impressed with your discount from MSRP, either.Edmunds Price Checker

I would suggest introducing some competition to your search, as this dealer is obviously not going to give you a good deal on his own.
