    Looking at 2015 Nissan Armada Platinum 4x2.
    In Charlotte, NC.

    Sticker 53K
    Selling Price 47K
    36 & 39 mos
    15K miles/yr

    What is MF, Residual. Estimated monthly payment?

    thx for quick response. the monthly payment seems higher than i thought. anything left to negotiate? i.e. selling price or anything else?

    The only variables in a lease are the selling price and the MF - make sure the dealer doesn't mark up the MF on you, and work to get the lowest selling price possible, just like in a purchase.

    The low residual is what's killing the payment here. Perhaps a Tahoe or Yukon?

    Looking for 36/12 residual and MF on '15 SV, SL, and Platinum 4WD in Philadelphia market. Also, does going to 36/15 have a significant impact on either or both components? Thanks in advance for any comments!

    36/12 numbers:

    .00007 MF and...

    SV 4WD - 47%
    SL 4WD - 47%
    Platinum 4WD - 45%

    Subtract 1% for 15K miles per year.

    .00003 and 43% for 36/15. Add 1% for 12k

    This is for the 2015; no 2016 numbers yet.
