Large SUV with only two rows?

We're looking for a large SUV to accommodate the growing needs of our special needs baby (soon to be toddler). We need a big second row but have no need for the third; it seems to only really squish the second row. We love the Explorer and Grand Cherokee but they are just too tight. We love the Sequoia but it's so damn big. Nothing similar in size, with a roomy second row and simply good cargo space in back? They don't seem to exist.
