  First...if it's stupid, but it works, it's not stupid. So kudos to Dodge for (at least with this year model Charger), doing something simple. For all of the faults I have found with FCA/Dodge/Chrysler/Ram/Tartan/Whatever, I will say that their interface controls, most of the time, are on the easier to use side.

  I'm kinda surprised that they have it front and center in the middle of the dash. Typically, that's something you'd have to reach to the bottom left for.

  In performance cars in the era of the SRT-8 I think GM's Competitive Driving Mode was a better solution. It scaled back ESC/Traction Control intervention a lot but it was still capable of stepping in if you got in over your head.
