High idle rpm jumping

I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 5.9. I have replace iac sensor, map sensor, throttle sensor i still having trouble with it running rough, rich fuel smell and rpm fluctuating. what else can i do?

    What codes have you extracted?

    replaced both o2 sensors, took care of the rich fuel, checked the new aic sensor and it was bad, replaced that and truck is running perfect now.
