Folks, thanks in advance for your help.
I have a simple question. What should expect to pay in NY for a monthly lease on an X5 as follows:
2106 X5
Back up camera
$3500 down
3 years lease
12,000 miles per year
Not really interested in any fancy options. Looking for advise on selling price, money factor and, in your humble opinion, what's a good price to pay monthly?

You have to supply the MSRP and selling price (we like to see 6-7% off MSRP).
