Buy New 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L W/RES or CPO 2013 Touring Elite?

Found a CPO 2013 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite with 56,500 miles for $29,692 has all the things we are looking for, or lease a brand new 2016 Odyssey EXL w/Res for $36,950 also has what we want. In the long run which would be a better investment?

    For just $7K more, I'd take the brand new one.. but, I'd purchase, just like the used one.

    And, neither is an investment. Vehicles are an expense.
