calculating lease Add ons to MSRP, tint etc

What's the rule on something like tint and other accessories? I'm of the mind that this should adjust the MSRP upward so that your residual calculation goes up as well.

Otherwise that $350 tint job adds 10 bucks per month on 3 year lease.

    Dealer added accessories that are not on the window sticker are not residualized; you'll pay for 100% of that cost over the lease term.

    Yes, $10/mo for the tint.
