Chicagoland Area: Looking to lease 2016 Impreza 5 dr base, (with auto dim mirror) 3yr/12k -money factor .0014- residual is $12,333
Sale price is $18,793. No money down is $299 mo or with 2k downpmt is $229 mo. There is also a doc fee $169.27
A dispositon fee of $300 an aquisition fee of $595 and a buy fee of $50. Is this a good deal?

If I add the acquisition fee to the sale price, I get $211/mo.+tax.
That's with first payment and DMV/dealer fees upfront.

Your money factor appears to be marked up, or it's a typo, as the maximum markup would only take you to .00090.

Hard to know exactly, without the tax for your area.

What is the MSRP?
Did they give you an adjusted CAP cost?
