Hi there:

Has anyone had any experience buying a car/cars from the site called Carvana (carvana.com)? If so, could you please share your experience?

They seem to have a pretty good inventory and a 7 day full refund policy - is it still a no no and people feel "you do not want to buy something like a car online"?

    It seems pretty well organized and might not be a bad choice if you are within one of their delivery areas. The 7-day return with "full refund" is only if you drive fewer than 400 miles; after that it's $1 a mile surcharge.

    It looks like a variation of CARMAX, but all done online.

    One thing I don't like. It seems to be a no-haggle price structure. This is asking a lot on a car you can't even see until after you've bought it.
