I have a problem with everything that is electrical on the steering wheel is not working. I have looked for a blown fuse, nothing. I can not use the cruise control, control the radio or even blow the horn.

What do I do to find the problem?

Maybe a bad cable reel (part of wiring harness) in the steering post. Is the SRS light on?

A cable reel might be called a clockspring. It's what lets you turn the wheel without twisting all the wires inside.
