Grinding noise - '02 Grand Cherokee

I have a grand cherokee laredo, we just put on new front end stabilizer, fixing our previous death wobble issue, but now, when we slow down to stop at lights or make turns, or even at complete stop at light there is a grinding/rubbing noise coming from central/passenger side of front end. We have also already gotten a front end alignment to no avail. Any help appreciated.

    Well if it continues to make the noise at a complete stop, then a trip on the lift with the car running should track that down. This seems more of a static vibration issue than a rotational issue.
