Northern California Lease Calculation Help Needed--2017 BMW X3

Looking for lease payment on an xDrive 28 with MSRP of $52,000 for a 36/10k term. I haven't approached a dealer yet; what is your best guess for selling price and OTD costs? I'm in NorCal. Thank you!

    For BMW, we recommend 7% off sticker price.

    .00134 and 64%. Assuming 7% off sticker, that results in a payment of $528/mo plus tax.
