Car Buying Advice - Is AcuraWatch Plus a good upgrade for a 2017 Acura RDX lease?

I got the offer for $398, $0 down payment on the Acura RDX AWD Base Model, 7500 miles/yr. $443 for the same configuration plus AcuraWatch Plus. My questions is:

1) Are these good deals?
2) Is the AcuraWatch Plus a good/must have option for the upgrade?
3) Should I prepay for the AcuraCare Maintenance package and roll that into monthly payment?

    $45/mo. is a huge increase in price for AW/Plus. That trim lowers the residual by 2%. I don't consider that a good value.

    How much more is the maintenance package?
