Car Buying Advice - Lease 2017 Acura TLX Technology Package

Good evening Michaell et. all,

I'm new to the Acura family. After several days of negotiations today I think I got a good deal and something I'm willing to pay. 2017 TLX Tech MSRP 36, 890.00, agreed to 28,674.47
received Credit of 2,974.86 trade-in.

The Residual is 18,813.90. Additionally I agreed to the 3yrs AcuraCare Maintenance for $1,195.00. Taxes $1275.23, Lic. Title/reg 62.75, Doc Prep 595, acquisition 595. (Virginia)

Lease to 36/ 15k for $344.46 monthly
Nothing down

I'm going in tomorrow morning to close-out the deal.
Does this sounds like a good deal? Thank you in advance!

    That looks pretty good. Adding in your extras, plus the first payment, then deducting your trade equity, I get $361/mo.

    ZERO due at signing, right? Just the trade equity upfront?

    Correct just the equity as credit.  I'm closing the deal as we speak.  The numbers still $344.46 and 
    paying only 1st month.

    thanks kyfdx! all went perfect... i was worried that the numbers may change at the finance office but everything stayed the way it was negotiated.

    Which city is this in ? I didn't get anything less then 33k selling price for the same car. Can you share you dealer details so that I can ask for a price match in Ohio ?
